Girlfriend Boulder
**Girlfriend Boulder: A great beginner boulder with moderate height, flat landings, and a bunch of easy problems.
Official Directions: (You used to be able to drive right to the boulder, but the Sanitation Department didn't like that) From I-80
Exit onto 267 and head south towards Northstar, at the light take a left onto Soaring Way, then the first left onto Joerger Drive.
Then left into the Riverview Sports Complex Park their and hoof it north east to the Legacy Trail that follows the river. Take the
trail east until the pavement ends then head south on a dirt road that quickly ends at a T. Head easterly for another 1800 feet to
the Mistress which sits right on the side of the road or after about 850 feet bushwack south (right) 500' to the Girlfriend Boulder

boulder is in a cool little
hollow that you will usually
have to yourself. Pretty
close to the airport.
Parking: Their is a huge
parking lot at the park.
Kids/Dogs: Not much
around here, they can
usually go crazy and my
boy loves watching the
plane go over us.
Shade: Partial
Rock Type: Granite-Quality
Notes: Mostly easy stuff,
I've heard the sewer
treatment folks don't like
people climbing here.
